General Terms and Conditions of Sale

The present general terms and conditions of sale apply to all the goods supplied by the company Confezioni Tutal Srl.
Possible special conditions will apply if previously agreed upon between Confezioni Tutal and the Customer.
All the prices stated are in Euros, net of VAT, transportation and insurance.
Each order will be duly accompanied by an invoice.
Orders below a value of Eu 200.00 (two hundred) +VAT will not be processed.
Orders for less than 20 garments per item will not be processed.
Sales are carried out ex our warehouse unless otherwise agreed.
Unless otherwise agreed with the Customer, payments shall be made in cash (Cash on Delivery or bank transfer beforehand).
Confezioni Tutal reserves the right to revoke the payment terms agreed with a Customer at any time.
In no case shall the Customer be allowed to tamper with or remove the labels applied to expressly certified garments by Confezioni Tutal as a guarantee of the quality of the product.
All possible disputes shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Milan.
